HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. (May 31, 2022) – PropertyForce, an investment firm focused on reinventing the process of real estate investing, today announced that Julio Martinez, CPA, CFE has joined its executive team as VP of Finance and Administration.

With more than 15 years of executive management experience, Martinez was most recently Chief Financial Officer at Bitstop.co, a leading provider of Bitcoin ATMs. He has an extensive background in finance, including Chief Financial Officer at Professional Bank, Assurance Partner at Medina & Martinez P.L., Senior Vice President at Union Credit Bank, and Senior Vice President at BAC Florida Bank.

Martinez will oversee the finance and accounting of PropertyForce and will have an integral role in expanding its lending arm.

Martinez is a graduate of Barry University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.
