HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. (June 13, 2022) – PropertyForce, an investment firm focused on reinventing the process of real estate investing, today announced that Maria T. Suarez has joined the company as Director of Marketing and Communications. She will be responsible for developing the company’s internal communications strategy, social media, and brand management.

The initiatives and campaigns Maria has worked on will help us continue our trajectory as a leader in this evolving industry.”

Previously, she was a Director at REEF Technology in Miami which works to transform urban spaces into community hubs and is the largest operator of parking real estate and delivery kitchens in North America. Suarez led a team to support concurrent business transformation campaigns focusing on marketing campaigns. During her time at REEF, she managed the project when the company built its first experiential park and brick-and-mortar convenience store.

Prior to that, Suarez served as Vice President, Marketing Manager at City National Bank, where she led marketing and communication efforts, including two mergers and acquisitions, led various transformation projects, and led the initiative to reposition the bank’s high net worth division. In addition, she built and managed campaigns and supported the bank’s marketing initiatives for several divisions, including residential lending and private banking.

Suarez earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Florida International University.
