HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. (June 27, 2022) – PropertyForce, an investment firm focused on reinventing the process of real estate investing, today announced that Charles A. Grau has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology. He will provide oversight of the day-to-day tech operations and will work closely with department heads to continue to build the infrastructure necessary to support the company’s momentum and exponential growth.

Grau has more than 25 years of experience in operational and information technology management, working with top-tier companies across numerous industries and specializing in technology services, operational efficiency, aerospace, defense airframe and commercial construction.

Previously, he was Chief Information Officer and Corporate Compliance Officer at Nordis Technologies, Inc. in Coral Springs, Florida. As a member of the executive management team, he was responsible for on and offshore software development, security, governance, compliance, contract management and a strategic IT plan.

He also served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations at United Data Technologies, Inc. in Miramar, Florida; Vice President, Information Technology at AeroTurbine Inc., in Miramar, Florida; and Director, Information Technology at HEICO Aerospace Co. in Hollywood, Florida.

Grau earned a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He also earned both a Master of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Information Technology from American Intercontinental University in Weston, Florida. Additionally, he holds professional certificates from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

He is chair of the board of trustees at CIO Council of South Florida and serves on the Cybersecurity Advisory Council Committee for the Levan Center of Innovation at Nova Southeastern University.
