HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. (May 10, 2022) – PropertyForce, an investment firm focused on reinventing the process of real estate investing, today announced it has promoted Shane Sullivan to Vice President and Managing Director of Acquisitions and Dan Hernandez to Vice President and Managing Director of Asset Management. These newly created roles will continue to drive growth as part of PropertyForce’s strategic plan.

Sullivan has been with the company for six years and was promoted from his previous role of Sales Director at PropertyForce. He has successfully led the acquisitions department to impressive growth during the last 12 months. Since January 2021, Sullivan and his team have acquired more than 800 deals equating to more than $140 million deal value across Florida and Georgia. Sullivan manages a team of 40 dedicated team members who locate and purchase homes under the Meridian Trust brand. He has a Bachelor of Arts in criminology from Florida State University.

Hernandez was promoted from his previous role of Regional Asset Manager. Prior to that he served as an Acquisitions Agent. He has successfully implemented a regionally aligned sales model while overseeing revenue growth from territories across multiple states. Additionally, he leads various business lines that complement Property Force’s robust core business model. Hernandez led the Asset Management team to record success in 2021, including more than 100% revenue growth and 44%-unit volume growth year over year.
